About You

Bachelor or Masters degree in occupational therapy.

Experience working as an occupational therapist, ideally at least 3 years or relevant prior working experience.

Knowledge and experience working with people with complex mental health conditions.

Provision of evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions for clients with major and complex mental health conditions.

Develop and implement individualised interventions following identification of treatment goals with clients.

Preparation of Psychosocial functional capacity assessments for NDIS participants.

National Police Clearance (renewed every 3 years).

Current Working with Children Check.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Current AHPRA registration.

How the role works from a day to day perspective

Work from 15 hours a week upwards.

Be paid for direct, indirect and internal time (supervision and meetings).

All appointment bookings are handled by our admin team, automated invoicing.

We provide both professional and clinical supervision, both one on one and in peer groups.

We pay your super, and provide logins to all of your tech platforms to do the role.

Our hourly rates range from $55 to $88 (plus super) per hour. This translates to $107,250 - $171,600 FTE per annum.
