About the Role
Enhanced Wellbeing Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a contract or casual basis. What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored therapy plans

Deliver evidence-based interventions to help clients build independence and improve their daily living skills

Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to set and achieve meaningful goals

Provide education on adaptive equipment and self-care strategies to clients and caregivers

Keep accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional and organisational standards

Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and best practices

What We’re Looking For

A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA

Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally in a clinical, rehabilitation, or community setting

Experience working with NDIS participants, including functional assessments and outcome-focused planning

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Attention to detail and strong time management skills for managing caseloads and documentation

A client-focused mindset and a passion for improving lives through holistic, person-centred care
