The opportunity:
We are currently seeking Occupational Therapy contractors to join our team on a full time or part time basis to deliver personalised care to our clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapy Team contractor, you will:
Conduct client assessments & therapy from paediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.
Be able to work independently and efficiently
Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
Be flexible and comfortable to work in the community
Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
Be involved in liaising with multiple stakeholders regarding patient care.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in the role of an Occupational Therapy contractor, you will:
Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist with at least 12 months in the community.
Be able to understand new systems and processes in an efficient manner.
Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
Have an ambitious personality and be able to think of innovative ideas solve day to day problems.
Demonstrate a willingness to progress your career from a clinical perspective if required.
Strong written communication skills.
Be able to provide clinical supervision to other staff if required and based on experience level.
Be confident in your role while being open to feedback.

Salary expectations:
Full-time: $80 to $95 per hour including Superannuation
