The team you will lead are responsible for working online via various website portals to conduct searches for documentation and certificates as well as communicating outcomes and solutions with customers. In this high volume and fast-paced environment, the main function of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the team (8 members in total) with specific responsibilities including:
- Leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellent performance and client satisfaction levels
- Effectively managing recruitment, onboarding, performance/progression conversations and reviews
- Actively managing the team with a focus on development, coaching and training
- Reporting, resource management, delegation, workflow management
- Supervising staff and monitoring of performance and workflows to set KPI's
- Acting as point of contact for escalated calls, internal requests and client requests and taking lead on incident and client escalations through to resolution
- Improving and implementing effective operational process and optimising workflow
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Performance management and offboarding as required
- Budgeting and ongoing management of costs
- Collaborating with other departments to address cross-functional challenges and contribute to a positive work environment and company culture
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
- The ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing a team working to KPI's
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong client focus, ensuring the clients perspective is a driving force behind activities
- Coaching skills
- Any prior exposure to the Legal or Property sectors will be highly regarded
This is a full-time position available for commencement ASAP and offers a hybrid work from home / work from office model (3 days per week in office - Stunning Barangaroo Offices). Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
