Due to continued growth we are now looking for a Client Services Manager to join our growing team in the Central Coast.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible in ensuring all services are delivered to meet the values, quality and SLA of the organisation.
This Client Services Manager will lead our Case Managers in the Central Coast, ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive work environment while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Case Managers to ensure compliance with deadlines and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure Case Managers are compliant with training requirements
Conduct regular audits of Care Plans, budgets to ensure quality and compliance.
Facilitate effective communication between Case Managers and Clinical team
Manage new client enquiries and onboarding, working to agreed KPIs
Hold weekly meetings with Case Managers to provide guidance on complex cases, documenting key discussions and actions.
Manage complaint escalations to a favourable conclusion or escalate to GM where appropriate.
Analyse service delivery data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable solutions that enhance performance and client outcomes.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, including but not limited to, the Aged Care Standards and Code of Conduct.
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary Degree Preferred
Aged Care Industry Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
