We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Karratha. This is a key leadership role with a strong operational focus, offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape our next phase of development.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and highly organised Cleaning Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites. This role is both hands-on and strategic, with scope to grow as the company develops.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning teams across commercial and industrial sites

Develop, manage, and adjust rosters and schedules to meet contract requirements

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality and compliance

Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve any concerns

Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure consistent service delivery

Ensure compliance with OH&S standards, company procedures, and relevant legislation

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for assigned sites

Assist with timesheet collection, incident reporting, and operational planning

Step in to perform cleaning duties when required to maintain service continuity

About You

You are someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and thrives in a busy, autonomous environment. You take pride in quality, and you're confident managing both people and processes.

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in a supervisory or operations role

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently

Solid understanding of WHS practices and compliance requirements

Competency with technology (scheduling tools, emails, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Current driver’s licence

Must reside in Karratha or be able to provide evidence of relocation plans. FIFO applicants will not be considered.

Full working rights in Australia

Desirable:

Experience working on government or mining contracts

Experience with Xero, Deputy, Avetta and Pegasus Workforce

First Aid certification
