🚨 We’re Hiring: Pre-Construction Sales Consultant
📍 Perth-based (Office/ Hybrid) | 💼 Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

Do you love connecting with people, keeping things organised, and helping clients feel looked after from the very first interaction?

At Perway Construction Services, we’re not your average builder. We specialise in high-performance, energy-efficient homes and granny flats — and we care just as much about the client experience as we do about the final product.

That’s where you come in.

👋 What You’ll Do:

Respond quickly to new enquiries and leads – (we aim for 5 to 15 minutes)

Helping clients feel heard and supported, qualifying them and preparing them for a discovery call with Andy, our builder + owner

Booking appointments and sending helpful pre call information

Nurturing potential clients through their building journey with friendly updates, sending key resources, reminders, and helpful checkins so they feel informed and confident

Following up with quieter leads and re-engaging when the timing’s right

Liaising with consultants (e.g. designers, engineers, certifiers) to gather progress updates and keep clients informed

Keep our CRM clean, tidy and up to date (so we know where every lead is and nothing falls through the cracks)

Assisting with light admin tasks (e.g. filing emails, sending follow ups)

This role is a dynamic blend of sales support, client care and a little bit of admin – perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

🕐 What We Need:

Part-time availability (20 hours/week) during normal business hours (Mon to Fri)

Flexibility to respond to new leads outside of hours (evenings and weekends) with incentives

You’re tech-savvy (or at least tech-comfortable — we use tools like WhatsApp, Sharepoint, Microsoft and a CRM)

Someone who has experience in sales, admin or customer experience roles and genuinely cares about people and loves helping them feel supported

Someone who has residential building/ construction knowledge

Someone who takes initiative, but also know when to ask for help

💰 What’s In It for You:

$30–$35/hour base rate during business hours (depending on experience)

Bonuses per after-hours leads and when a lead becomes a paying client
