About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join our friendly team in Wangara. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients-guiding them through the process of designing their dream wardrobe, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to installation.
What You’ll Do
Consult with clients in our showroom, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend the best storage solutions.
Design custom wardrobes using our design tools and your creativity-no two projects are the same!
Drive sales by following up on quotes, building relationships, and closing deals with a focus on outstanding service.
Handle showroom enquiries, answer calls, and provide a warm, welcoming experience for every visitor.
Assist with minimal administrative tasks including updating customer records in our CRM, invoicing, and general office duties as needed.
Support the owner and design team as required-everyone pitches in when needed.
About You
You have a genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
You’re confident, outgoing, and enjoy building rapport with clients.
You have strong sales instincts and love the satisfaction of closing a deal.
You’re highly computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with invoicing software or CRMs is a plus, but not essential.
Prior showroom sales and design experience is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training and tools you need to succeed.
You’re well-presented, reliable, and comfortable working in a showroom environment.
You have the right to work in Australia and a valid driver’s licence.

Competitive hourly rate: $32–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–4pm
Expected Start Date: Immediately
