Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week, with potential to increase

Hourly Rate: $32-$34 per hour (based on experience) + super + penalties

We’re passionate about food, people, and making every dining experience memorable. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team.

The Role: As a key member of our kitchen team, you will support the chefs through ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility as working hours will vary from week to week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping and dicing vegetables and other ingredients

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring all work surfaces, equipment and utensils are kept spotless

• Accurately follow recipes and preparation instructions provided by the chefs

• Stock and restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed

• Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

● Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen environment

● Ability to work independently, reporting to the head chef and management team

● Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and maintain high morale under pressure.

● Strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
