Are you an experienced aged care leader looking for your next challenge? We’re currently recruiting a Care Manager to join a respected not-for-profit aged care provider in the Revesby area, overseeing clinical operations at a 80-bed residential aged care facility.

About the Role: As Care Manager, you'll lead a team of Registered Nurses and Care Staff, ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside another Care Manager and report to an experienced Facility Manager and Quality Manager.

You Will Bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN
• Proven leadership experience in a residential aged care setting
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and clinical decision-making skills
• A genuine passion for supporting the elderly and leading high-performing teams
