The Opportunity:

With a robust project pipeline and operations across multiple entities, this is an excellent chance to work closely with an experienced Finance Manager and broaden your exposure across financial functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of a close-knit, commercially minded finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reports

Assist with financial statements in line with AASB/IFRS

Contribute to cashflow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis

Support transactional finance, including AP/AR and payroll

Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across financial systems

Identify process improvements and support implementation

Skills and Experience:

Degree qualified in Accounting or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)

2–4+ years’ experience in a similar commercial accounting role

Construction industry experience highly desirable

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

Detail-focused, proactive and able to work independently
