Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join us at Kallipr. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to launch their technical career and grow within a collaborative, future-focused environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, distributors and sales team, while gaining hands-on experience with our cutting-edge IoT technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing day-to-day technical support to customers and partners, ensuring we meet (and exceed!) service level expectations.

Monitoring and managing support cases in Salesforce, and escalating issues when needed.

Assisting with customer field trials including installation support, activation training, and troubleshooting.

Working with the engineering and R&D teams to help reproduce, diagnose and resolve bugs or system issues.

Supporting firmware upgrades, field deployments and internal process improvement initiatives.

Helping to identify opportunities for future product enhancements or customer projects

What you’ll bring to the team:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or similar.

At least 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role.

An interest in IoT technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A hands-on, proactive approach and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different teams.
