We are on the lookout for an accomplished End-User Computing (EUC) Engineer to be responsible for end-to-end device management, compliance assurance, and collaborating with teams and vendors to provide a secure, efficient, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain endpoints using platforms such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Monitor and enforce security protocols to ensure all devices meet organisational standards.
• Implement and manage software updates, patches, and device health checks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage device lifecycles effectively.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all devices and ensure adherence to IT governance policies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for a wide range of end-user devices.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications or relevant industry certifications.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 compliance configurations.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating processes and generating reports.
• Familiarity with the Essential Eight framework for enhancing security maturity.
• Expertise in managing Apple devices using Jamf Pro.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation capabilities.

Salary Package: $100K-$110K (incl. super)
