The Opportunity

Murray Constructions is looking for a skilled Lead Concreter to take charge of daily operations in our purpose-built precast yard in Deniliquin.

This is a hands-on role - you’ll be on the ground each day, running pours, guiding a small team, and working closely with the Precast Manager to deliver high-quality structural components for key infrastructure projects.

If you’ve got strong precast or structural concreting experience, a practical leadership style, and the confidence to take ownership of the yard, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a small crew in our Deniliquin precast facility

Coordinating daily yard operations and planning ahead for upcoming pours

Ensuring high standards of safety, finish, and quality control

Communicating clearly with the Precast Manager and site crews

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Taking pride in your work and keeping the yard running smoothly

What We're Looking For

We’re after someone who knows concreting and knows how to lead - a straight-talker who’s reliable, steady under pressure, and values getting the job done right.

Experience in precast or structural concreting

Comfortable leading a small team on the ground

White Card (required), Forklift ticket and other licences a bonus

Good communication and coordination skills

Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Strong understanding of safety and finish standards

Respectful, team-first approach - no egos, just solid work

What’s On Offer

$40–50/hr + super + standard allowances (based on experience)

Company ute or vehicle allowance negotiable

Full-time, permanent role based in Deniliquin

Monday-Friday roster (be home every night)

PPE and uniforms supplied

Relocation support considered for the right candidate
