We are Emora- we do Commercial Construction, Fit outs & Facilities Management, predominantly in security-sensitive environments.
What we do is quite niche, and because of this the work is very secure. You won’t have to worry about work drying up or the company going under. We can give you job security so you don’t have to stress.
As a foreman/leading hand, you will be part of the team that is led by our Owner/Director -Nate. He is a very down to earth, hardworking and decent man (he is also good for a laugh) who is also a Carpenter/Builder himself. You will also be guided and supported on your personalized career pathway by our strong team of Site Managers who are carpenter/builders themselves. You will be delivering key projects for meaningful clients, alongside a hardworking and accountable team.
You'll be part of a team which deals with such a range of different projects that you need to be interested in tackling different challenges day to day, and be interested in what you can learn at each job.
The role comes with a work vehicle & fuel card. You will need a license, your own tools & will have to pass a police check (because of the security work we do).
