Senior Business Analyst – Payroll Implementation

• Reputable Australian brand
• Initial 12 Month Contracts with scope to extend.
• $850-900 + Super/Day

Our client, a well-known Australian brand, is going through an enterprise-wide payroll implementation program and are on the lookout for multiple Senior Business Analysts with direct payroll implementation experience to join them on initial 12-month contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end payroll system implementations including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, payroll teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and work closely with developers and configuration teams to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Support change management and training initiatives related to payroll systems and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a HR/Payroll Function
• Experience implementing payroll solutions in large organisations is a must have.
• Understanding of payroll and how it interacts with HR.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a conduit between payroll SME and other areas of the business.
• Deep understanding of payroll systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle.
