Practice Nurse (RN or EN) – General Practice | Health Hub Narwee

We’re looking for a caring, motivated Practice Nurse (Registered or Enrolled) to join our supportive team at Health Hub Narwee, a well-established, patient-focused GP clinic located in the heart of Narwee. This part-time role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys developing meaningful connections with patients and being part of a collaborative, professional environment.

Your nursing responsibilities include:

Health assessments, care planning, and chronic disease reviews

Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and assisting with minor procedures

Coordinating patient recalls and proactive follow-ups

Supporting GPs and working alongside reception and admin to ensure smooth, coordinated care

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to move into full-time when our current nurse goes on maternity leave later this year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into General Practice, as you’ll have the chance to receive one-on-one training and settle into the role with ongoing support before transitioning to full-time work.

What We’re Looking For

Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN)

Experience in General Practice is valued, but we welcome nurses who are eager to learn

Good clinical judgement and a proactive attitude

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Experience with Best Practice software is preferred – but we’re happy to provide training
