Special Note to Applicants:

To be a successful applicant you must have previous experience working in a private surgical clinic: Plastic Surgery / Cosmetic Surgery / ENT or Dermatology. Hands on Nursing skills are required please.

This role does not offer an immediate pathway to become an injecting nurse, however we are open to discussing this opportunity after 12 months in the role.

Willingness to undertake both Clinical & Administrative tasks are a key component of this role.

Days and Hours: We can offer full time work Monday to Friday OR part time – 4 days with Monday off.

About Us and Our Role: Dr Michael Zacharia - A Surgical ENT and Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Practice is fast paced and continues to grow every year! Our new RN / Patient Coordinator will join our existing team of nurses and assist our surgeons with pre and post op care, minor in-room surgical procedures and also assist with clinical administrative tasks.

This is an opportunity to work in a practice with world class surgeons, a friendly, long term team and well developed procedures.

Duties and Tasks will include:

Pre & post operative care

Prepare patient folders

Triage pathology results

Scrub & scout for in-room procedures

Chaperone doctors

Order clinical supplies and patient garments

Work on Reception / Administration

Assist Practice Manager with clinical administrative work

Experience and Qualities

Previous experience in a surgical practice setting – this is a must have!

Excellent nursing skills and medical knowledge

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to work independently

Experience with Genie Software (a nice to have)

Desire to follow and implement world class standards
