We're a used-cooking oil collection business who is looking for a part time bookkeeper / receptionist to help with our administrative requirements, two day's per week.
Specifically the job will involve:
- Processing payments, invoicing, general data entry
- Answering telephones - customer and driver requirements, cold calling
- Database - book in jobs, produce run sheets for drivers, enter run sheet information into the database
- Organise vehicle servicing via contractors
- Payables and Receivable Processing
- Small Amount of Debt Collection
- Preparing employee wages (payroll)
- Managing employee reimbursements
- Minimal social media posting
Successful applicants will have the following:
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and able to work to timelines.
- High attention to detail with analytical skills.
- Flexible approach to tasks.
- Outlook, Excel & Word experience.
- Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable systems.
