The Team:

Join our dedicated Northern Integrated Care Service Administration team at the Tasmanian Department of Health, where we are committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to clients across Tasmania. The Role:

  • Provide a reception service for clients accessing Hospitals North, Hospitals North West, Hospitals South.
  • Provide reception and clerical support in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. High standard of client focused reception duties and a wide range of clerical functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work according to all Agency and Hospital policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the flow of information by preparing routine correspondence, inputting of data, and undertaking a basic liaison role in support of day to day operations.

Details of appointments:

Multiple permanent, full time and part time, day worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed date.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
