About the Role
We’re seeking degree-qualified candidates with a background in Food Technology or Food Science, and prior experience in QA roles within a high-care food production environment.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of QA processes across the site, working closely with operational and technical teams. From staff inductions and GMP audits to microbiological testing and managing non-conformances, your day will be varied, and your contribution will be key to maintaining the company’s quality standards.

This role is Monday to Friday based on-site full time.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct food safety and hygiene inductions

Maintain training records and coordinate team training needs

Perform GMP audits and follow up on corrective actions

Monitor and review production quality checks and environmental swabbing

Liaise with suppliers regarding raw material compliance

Manage product testing, shelf-life assessments, and organoleptic evaluations

Handle internal, supplier, and customer non-conformances

Support NPD processes and maintain up-to-date specifications

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (high-care preferred)

Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, VACCP

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to compliance and quality improvement
