Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher ready to inspire young minds in a setting that values kindness, connection, and creativity?
Eco Kids Early Learning Bribie Island is looking for a dedicated educator to join our team and take the lead in our beautiful Kindergarten studio. While we currently have a wonderful relief teacher supporting the role, we’re patiently seeking the right person to join our nurturing Eco family for the long term.

Your Role Includes:

Leading a play-based, inspiring program for 3–5-year-olds.

Nurturing strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Supporting our high standards of care and education in line with EYLF, QKLG, and NQF.

Guiding outdoor adventures through our Beach and Bush Kindy program.

Bringing warmth, presence, and passion into every moment of the day.

About You:

We’re looking for a kind-hearted teacher who is as passionate about early education as we are.
You’ll need:
✔ A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent
✔ A current Working with Children Check
✔ A sound understanding of EYLF, QKLG, and the NQF
✔ A nurturing nature and a love for collaborative teamwork
✔ A genuine joy in watching children learn, grow, and connect with the world around them
