Workfast is looking for a permanent full-time Administration Assistant to join our client’s team at their Penrith facility supporting NSW operations.
- Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 per annum + Superannuation
- Hours: 7am to 3pm/8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
- Location: Penrith, NSW
Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in administration or operations support roles, preferably within the building and construction or manufacturing industries. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. This is a white-collar permanent role offering stability and long-term career opportunities.

What you need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or operations support
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems (ABM preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with payroll systems such as Tanda an advantage
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Police Check, Drug & Alcohol test, and Medical Assessment
What you will be doing
- Processing accounts payable including supplier and freight invoices
- Raising and reviewing purchase orders and supplier requisitions
- Data entry for production and inventory management using ABM
- Assisting with stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock adjustments
- Supporting payroll-related administration including timesheets and liaising with labour hire agencies
- Providing general office administration including reception and supply management
- Collaborating with internal teams including production, procurement, and finance
