Our growing office is seeking switched-on and experienced Leasing Manager to become a key part of our close knit team.
The key position will be ideal for candidates with 2+ year of real estate experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboard new clients
Arrange photos etc and prepare listing for advertisement
Open for inspections, vetting tenant applications, lease signing, entry reports
Arrange smooth transition for renters moving in
Develop strong relationships with landlords & tenants to maximise retention and growth of the rent roll.
Other admin tasks as necessary
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrate a hunger and drive to succeed
Show strong initiative and be self-motivated
Have a switched on, solution oriented approach to the role at hand
Meeting Leasing KPI's
Agents Representative Certificate
Current and valid Police Check
Australian Drivers Licence
