We’re a small, respected real estate agency offering a full-time role for a confident, capable Property Manager who doesn’t need hand-holding to shine. If you love ticking boxes, running your own show, and turning chaos into calm (with a killer smile), you’ll fit right in.

The Role:

Run your own residential portfolio end-to-end

Liaise with tenants, rental providers, and tradies like the pro you are

Complete leasing tasks including entry/exit condition reports, routines, and maintenance management

Keep your portfolio compliant and cared for

Prepare leasing documents and manage authorities

You’ll Need:

A confident, independent work style

Clear communication and cool-headed problem solving

Solid experience in Property Management

Licenced in both VIC & NSW (or on the path to be)

PropertyMe experience is a bonus

Strong knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation
