This is a great opportunity for an experienced leasing consultant to progress their career into a well rounded Leasing Consultant position, encompassing all aspects, earning a higher base salary with the option for staff management roles in near future!

JOB DUTIES:
- Lease existing residential homes and apartments - Properties obtained
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections
- Marketing properties (with admin support)
- Database management & calls
- Opening homes for inspections on Saturdays

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $80,000 + Super
-Friday day off!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Prior experience in leasing environment or property management ideal
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Valid Drivers Licence
