THE FIRM:

Looking for an experienced Front of House Receptionist that also provides internal concierge support.

THE ROLE:

An ongoing, full time role.

A set, 5-day roster, and two consecutive rostered days off.

YOU:

MUST have prior reception experience in hospitality settings such as member clubs, hotels, or airlines.

MUST have ongoing, full-time availability.

MAIN DUTIES:

Providing friendly, personalised customer service.

Handling court, sports, and dining reservations by phone.

Monitoring online bookings.

Calls and emails with various department and teams.

Practively directing people to club facilities.

Serving as the main point of contact for enquiries.

Have a can-do attitude.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Ensuring complete, and accurate, data entry in to system.

MUST HAVE PROVEN:

Prior client facing reception experience in settings such as member clubs, hotels, or airlines.

Ongoing availability.

High standards of personal presentation.

Excellent, clear English skills.

Front office booking systems experience.

Excellent computer skills.

Be calm and respectful to others.
