Your Role: Reporting directly to the Victoria State Manager, this role will give you the opportunity to engage with the market, provide exceptional customer service, and play a pivotal role in our growth. Covering Melbourne and surrounding areas, you’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and driving new business through solution-based selling. If you're excited by the prospect of hunting for new opportunities and contributing to a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a portfolio of profitable new clients

· Strengthen existing B2B relationships and identify new opportunities

· Leverage your professional selling skills to exceed targets

· Keep abreast of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth

· Collaborate with Management on strategic decisions and initiatives

· Foster key relationships across the business

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven track record in new business development and sales

· Experience in the Civil Construction or related industries

· Strong background in account management and building long-term relationships

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure

· Experience working with Tier 1 Civil Contractors and understanding their compliance needs will be highly regarded
