St. Andrews Ballina is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Barista/Café Hand to join our vibrant team. If you have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages

Assist with food preparation and café duties

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents, staff, and visitors

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth café operation

Follow food safety and health regulations

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment is preferred

Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso machines

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

A passion for delivering great service and creating a welcoming environment

Willingness to undergo a police check (conducted by St Andrews on your behalf)
