Are you ready to bring your skills to a practice that puts people before paperwork? At Recovery Solutions Counselling, we’re growing — and we’re looking for a compassionate and committed Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join us on a mission to empower lives and heal communities.

Located in the heart of Albury Wodonga, Recovery Solutions Counselling supports individuals and families through mental health challenges, trauma, grief, and life transitions. We provide a safe, culturally aware, and client-centered space for healing, and we’re known for our warm, collaborative team culture.

As a therapist on our team, you’ll deliver individual counselling to a diverse range of clients — from children to adults — using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches. You’ll be supported in your growth and wellbeing as much as you support your clients.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced, ethical, and empathetic practitioner with:

A degree in Social Work or Psychology (with registration)

2+ years of clinical experience

A trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach

WWCC and current Police Check

Passion for making a genuine impact
