Qualifications & experience

• The ideal candidate will have qualifications and/or experience in a relevant field
• NSW Driver's License (P2 Minimum)
• Availability to work morning shifts, evening shifts, and weekends
• Willing to obtain relevant pre-employment checks (e.g. NDIS Worker Check)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered support to Participants in a Supported Independent Living setting
• Deliver person-centered support to Participants in a Short-Term Accommodation setting
• Support Participants in their homes with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration
• Support Participants to participate in their local communities and engage in meaningful recreational activities
• Build enduring and positive relationships with our Participants
• Support Participants to Lead their Lives!
