The Opportunity

Due to sustained growth—particularly in our Seniors Living and Commercial portfolios—we're seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to join our team.

You’ll be a key member of a team delivering a long-term program of works, delivering outcomes from concept through to completion. This is a hybrid role based with regular travel to sites in North-East Victoria, we also seek a candidate who is willing to spend a day a week in our Melbourne CBD office.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident project leader who combines rigour with initiative. You’ll bring:

A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related

5+ years’ experience in project delivery — client-side or contractor-side

Proven experience across seniors living, commercial, or residential projects

Exposure to civil works and regional project delivery (highly regarded)

Strong contract admin and stakeholder management skills

A proactive mindset with sharp risk and commercial awareness

A current driver’s licence and readiness for regular regional travel

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading end-to-end project delivery

Managing consultants, contractors, and authority relationships

Overseeing procurement, contracts, inspections and superintendency

Driving performance across time, cost, quality and scope

Identifying and resolving project risks early

Reporting to directors with full delivery accountability
