CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER
Location: Peakhurst, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of infrastructure projects, supporting the Project Manager and site teams in delivering safe, high-quality works on time and within budget.

You’ll be responsible for providing technical support and leadership across multiple scopes of work — from planning, forecasting and reporting, to managing subcontractors and driving project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver construction works in line with safety, quality, time and cost requirements

Manage a mix of self-performed and subcontracted works

Provide accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting

Interface with project stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Drive innovation and value engineering opportunities

Provide technical solutions and guidance to the delivery team

Support and mentor junior engineers

About You

Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civil infrastructure or roadworks

Solid knowledge of relevant construction standards and specifications

Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Confident in managing priorities with minimal direction

A team player with leadership qualities and a proactive mindset
