About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of civil construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, from planning through to completion, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a project engineering role

Significant exposure in the delivery civil construction projects

Proficient in project management software

A proactive attitude and a passion for making meaningful contributions to the team.

Able to manage multiple projects concurrently with the ability to multitask.

Competencies Required for the Role:

Demonstrated civil engineering experience

Ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects and deliver key construction requirements in line with safety, quality, budget & time

Understanding contractual agreements, preparing claims and dispute management

Expert leadership and negotiation skills

Assist with the preparation of claims and manage disputes when necessary

Knowledge of the relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control

Attending project meetings, preparing progress updates, and maintaining clear communication with clients.

Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams

Keeping track of and reporting project progression, identifying potential risks, and devising strategies for risk mitigation.
