Total Remuneration $65,135 to $76,627 pa (including salary of $55,040 to $64,751 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated academic with expertise across both cropping/horticulture and livestock production systems to join our agricultural teaching team within the School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences. You’ll be involved in planning and delivering course content, leading hands-on and field-based learning activities, and helping students make clear connections between theory and practice.

Position Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in agricultural science or a closely related field (e.g. Honours, Masters, or PhD), or equivalent standing.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and supervision at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to contributing to team culture.
Willingness to contribute to administrative responsibilities across the School.
Experience in curriculum development and flexible teaching delivery (desirable).
Experience or knowledge in multiple of the following areas: crop pathology, pest and disease management, crop adaptation, entomology, livestock production (including nutrition or breeding), specialised food industries or food processing, sustainability or environmental management in agriculture, and precision or digital agriculture technologies (desirable).
