About the Opportunity
Quinn Allan is partnering with Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure (DBI) to appoint an experienced and strategic Director, Risk & Compliance to lead the company’s enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks. This executive role is crucial in ensuring DBI continues to operate responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with corporate, legal, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and continuously improve DBI’s enterprise-wide risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Facilitate risk assessments and reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
• Maintain and oversee risk registers, and coordinate the Risk Committee.
• Monitor high-risk business areas and work with leaders to mitigate exposure.
• Implement and oversee a robust compliance strategy to meet regulatory, legal, and internal obligations.
• Lead internal audit programs, liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present Board materials and engage with senior leadership on risk and compliance matters.

About You
You’re an experienced leader with a proven track record in risk and compliance particularly in regulated or semi-regulated environments. You combine strategic vision with operational execution and bring a consultative, collaborative style to engaging with teams and executives.
You bring:

• Significant experience in senior risk and compliance leadership roles
• Expertise in risk frameworks, compliance obligations, and internal controls
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
