The role:

Service inbound sales calls and understand the customers’ needs, build rapport in order to successfully sell our holiday packages including our amazing celebrity events. We can give you industry training!

Provide excellent service to all our customers by adapting your approach to meet the customers’ needs

Create fantastic customer engagement, understand the customer’s requirements, pitch and close the sale

Cross-sell when required

Meet and exceed company KPI’s for conversion

Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations quickly and efficiently

Produce accurate documentation to complete the booking process

Work pro-actively as part of a large team of sales advisors by bringing energy and drive to a fast moving and dynamic environment

Work effectively with other departments to ensure understanding of products & processes

Skill set required:

Highly motivated Sales Consultant who is results orientated, driven to accomplish goals and have a high degree of self –motivation

The ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy customer sales environment

Experience in consumer sales industries

Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations

Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI’s

The ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships over the phone

The ability to adapt style to provide the customer with a personalised service

Have the ability to thrive under pressure

Can be flexible in approach and able to work weekends (on rotation) and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements. Roster is 5 days over 7 days.

Great attention to detail

Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet.
