Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery.
• Handling raw materials & finished products.
• End of line packaging and labelling.
• Perform quality checks.
• Assist with the setup and clean up.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate any significant problems to supervisors.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Positive, problem solver.
• Ability to operate machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Highgate Group Australia is a family orientated business operating Monday to Friday, with manufacturing located in Devonport Tasmania.

This offer is for a casual position, but a high performing candidate will likely be offered a full-time contract after 6 months.

Renumeration will be determined in relation to relevant experience, skills etc.
