Duties & Responsibilities:

• Circa 180 properties with dedicated support staff!
• Mainly in-office duties
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit condition reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• NO LEASING, NO TRUST ACCOUNTING, ADMIN SUPPORT, + INSPECTION SUPPORT!

Skills and experience required for the role:

• 2-3+ years of Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
