Our client is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Senior Property Manager to join a dynamic team in the Northern Gold Coast. In this role, you will oversee a well-maintained portfolio with a strong focus on fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 180 residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee lease renewals, rent arrears, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure all property management processes are handled efficiently using our automated CRM system (OurProperty)
• Collaborate closely with a supportive in-office team including a Team Leader, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Manager
• Work alongside 3 active BDMs and take on new managements as needed

The Person:

• Stellar communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in property management software (Property Me), and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at time management of juggling multiple tasks.
