The Role

Due to growth, they are seeking to add a highly experienced Property Lawyer to their expanding property team. The role will be varied and involve all aspects of Property Law including commercial and industrial transactions, leasing, property development, building contracts, property title and structure issues and more.

To be successful you will have the following experience:

• Min 5 years PQE in a reputable private practice, or in house organisation. More senior lawyers are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience working on Commercial and Industrial transactions
• Leasing
• Property development
• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients
