We are seeking a motivated and deal-orientated Risk Specialist to join a high-performing team that specialises in trade credit insurance and risk management. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assist the Service Team with risk-related tasks and demonstrate a solution-focused approach
• Provide efficient and professional service to clients and internal teams, while complying with company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a dynamic, versatile approach to work
• Work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork
• Be able to think outside the box and rise to the challenge of an ever-changing environment
• Possess a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 6months – 1 year experience within insurance industry
• Attention to detail, logical and organised
• Energetic and ability to function well within a team environment
• Have an analytical approach to day to day objectives
• Ability to work independently and use own initiative once trained
• Effective time management skills and deadline driven
