About the Role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. This is a casual position with flexibility across a 24/7 roster. Shifts may include morning, day, and afternoon support.

As a Support Worker with us, you’ll work closely with NDIS participants, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, community access, and domestic assistance

Support participants in line with their individualised care plans

Implement positive behaviour strategies and uphold participant dignity

Maintain accurate progress notes and communication with the team

Follow all safeguarding and duty of care protocols

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Disability, Mental Health, or Complex Care

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Commitment to participant safety, choice, and control

Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude

Mandatory Requirements

First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID001)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check (Employed)

Valid Australian Driver License

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

Eligibility to work in Australia

International Police Check (if applicable – 12+ months overseas in the last 10 years)
