Pay:

Starting rate is $28.7 - $33.05p/h

Penalty rates apply for the PM shifts, weekends, overtime and public holidays worked.

Typical Duties include:

• Coordinate placements of staff into suitable shifts;
• Inputting data accurately into the database;
• Taking requests from clients accurately;
• Processing bookings from clients, shift changes and updating availability from staff;
• Liaising with clients to update and rectify staffing needs.

Work Expectations:

• Professional Call Centre environment
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster (Mon-Sun)
• Flexibility to adjust rostered hours to support your team
• Only one weekend shift commitment per fortnight
• Entry Level Position - No previous experience required!

This is a Full Time position were you will be working 9 hour shifts - enjoy 9 day fortnights and RDO's! Shift times range from 5am - 11pm Monday to Sunday with FLEXIBILITY & HYBRID WORKING FROM HOME ROSTER!! Starting hourly rate is $28.7 - $33.05. Penalty rates apply for the PM shifts, weekends, overtime and public holidays worked. Plenty of hours available for those that are keen! Full time roles available, part time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Great opportunities for workplace progression!
