We're a well-established accommodation booking service, proudly managing over 130 exceptional holiday rentals in the breathtaking Daylesford region. Currently, we're seeking a Full or Part Time Reservations Consultant to join our dedicated team.

As a Reservations Consultant, your passion for providing outstanding customer service will shine through. With meticulous attention to detail and excellent computer skills, you'll thrive in our vibrant team environment. Your role will involve processing reservations, handling phone inquiries, and coordinating with guests, property owners, and housekeepers. Additionally, you'll play a crucial part in organizing property maintenance. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Previous experience in a similar role, such as reservations or property management, would be advantageous.

What we’re looking for

We operate seven days a week and welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates. Availability to work on weekends—particularly Saturdays—is essential. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to the changing needs of a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and confident managing multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are a must.
