As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering insightful financial analysis and robust reporting to drive business performance. This is a hands-on position supporting the Head of FP&A on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial closes.
• Develop and maintain budget allocation models to support departmental and organizational planning.
• Maintain and manage TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics), including data loads, report development, and system enhancements.
• Prepare performance reporting across the business, with a focus on sales and revenue by branch.
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to interpret financial results and identify actionable insights.
• Utilise advanced Excel skills to reconcile data from multiple sources and ensure financial integrity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
