About the Opportunity
Our client is a high-profile ASX-listed organisation with a diversified portfolio and a strong track record of investment-led growth. They are currently seeking a commercially minded Senior Analyst to join their transactions support team within Finance for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure to Group-wide financial planning, capital management, and investment assessment.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a key part in evaluating and communicating the financial implications of major strategic decisions, including:

• Supporting financial assessments of capital investments, divestments, and other deal activity across the Group.
• Preparing insightful reporting and transaction monitoring to help stakeholders meet performance goals.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial scenarios for submission to senior leadership and the Board.
• Partnering with internal teams—including Business Development, Corporate Reporting, and Strategy—to support data-driven decision making.
• Communicating your analysis effectively through high-quality reports and presentation materials.
• Seeking continuous improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities in data, tools, and processes.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings a mix of analytical depth and commercial awareness. You will likely have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) are highly regarded.
• Experience in finance, commercial analysis, or corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to strategic planning or capital allocation.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills—you know how to build relationships and influence decision-making.
• Financial modelling experience is welcomed but not essential.
• We will also consider those on a working holiday visa for a 6 month contract.
