The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and personable Business Development Consultant to join our team on a Full-Time basis (Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5pm). This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Relationship Management – Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and referral sources to expand our network.
Sales & Conversion Strategy – Convert leads into paying customers using effective sales techniques.
Client Relationship Building – Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Networking & Industry Engagement – Represent Health N Home at events, networking functions, and industry forums.
Collaboration with Marketing – Align sales activities with marketing campaigns to maximise visibility and impact.
Tracking & Reporting – Utilise CRM tools to manage leads, track conversion rates, and inform data-driven decisions.
What’s On Offer
Permanent Full Time Position, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$88,000 exclusive of Super + Commission

What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management – preferably in NDIS, community services, or healthcare
Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales tracking
Collaborative mindset with the ability to align sales and marketing strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
