About the role

Stylecraft is seeking a motivated detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our Alexandria, NSW location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient inventory and procurement processes to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

Placing purchase orders on suppliers and confirming orders and ETA's

Liaise with suppliers to negotiate lead times and quality standards

Manage purchase orders & monitor inventory levels

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing activities

Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and enhance supply chain efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in a similar procurement roles.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
