Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure materials meet project-specific requirements.
• Process accurate purchase orders and coordinate with internal teams to manage stock levels. Monitor inventory, track deliveries, and resolve any order or stock issues.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify savings and support procurement budgeting. Monitor market trends, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain accurate pricing records.
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate job ordering. Review supplier contracts, ensure policy compliance, and manage procurement-related risks.
• Maintain thorough procurement records and generate reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and purchasing trends to support continuous improvement.
